Sendon generally does not offer direct pickup at our warehouse.
If exceptional circumstances require you to collect your package in person, please contact Customer Support in advance. A pickup fee of JPY 5,000 (including tax) applies in addition to the usual warehouse-related charges. We cannot release your package unless you have contacted us in advance and completed payment.
To protect our customers’ personal information, we do not accept packages delivered directly by customers, including deliveries by private vehicle. Please use a delivery company to send your packages to our warehouse.
