Due to congestion in the transportation network, the situation in the destination country, and customs clearance procedures for exports from Japan and imports at the destination, the arrival of your package may be delayed beyond the expected timeframe.

We have sent a notification email with a tracking number at the time of shipment.
Please check the tracking information using the tracking link provided in the email.

Additionally, on the pricing page, we display estimated delivery days for each shipping company.

If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery days have passed, we apologize for the inconvenience, and kindly request you to contact customer support.
