We do not accept cash on delivery or collect on delivery for receiving packages.
If a package is sent to us using these methods, we will refuse to accept it, so please understand in advance.
However, if you accidentally request payment upon delivery or if customs duties and consumption taxes are incurred when importing packages from overseas, and you need to make a payment to us, we will charge a handling fee for cash on delivery (collect on delivery) packages.
The fee will be 8% of the incurred amount (with a minimum fee of 500 JPY).
