Dear Customers

Thank you for always using Sendoncom.

Japan Post has reported that due to the recent worsening situation in the Middle East, and the suspension of air services, it may take some time for mail to reach these destinations.

In addition, depending on future developments, mail may be returned to customers.
For this reason, we ask that you refrain from sending mail from Japan to Lebanon for the time being. If you would like to retrieve mail that has already been sent, it is possible to do so before the mail is prepared for shipping at the post office that handles overseas shipping (international postal exchange office). However, please note that a handling fee (680 yen) may be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
