About Shipping Cosmetics

Please check the shipping conditions for cosmetics below.

Cosmetics can be shipped if the alcohol content is 24% or less (this refers to all flammable/volatile substances, including ethanol compounds).

Therefore, when cosmetics arrive at our company, we will check the ingredient display that the manufacturer has announced.

For products where the manufacturer does not announce a specific content, we may contact you from customer support to confirm with the place of purchase.

As some manufacturers do not handle support for non-purchasers, we ask for your understanding in making inquiries yourself.

We cannot handle cosmetics that contain more than 24% alcohol. Example: Perfume, nail polish, nail polish remover, etc.

Depending on the shipping company, you may be asked to submit an SDS (Safety Data Sheet).
