Maximum weight: 30kg
Longest side: 1.5m
Combined length and girth: 3m
These size and weight limits serve as a guideline for carriers such as SAGAWA, EMS, air freight, and sea freight, depending on the destination country and shipping method.
For customers wishing to ship via FedEx or DHL, who may exceed the above size and weight limits,
please contact customer support when requesting Consolidation Services so we can still accommodate packages that exceed the above weight and size limits.
Please note that due to factors such as box strength and product shape, the packaging may still be split into multiple boxes.
