Q. My package couldn't clear customs. What should I do?

A. 

In the unfortunate event that your package is held by local customs and cannot be imported, we will proceed with one of the following options:
1)Returning the package to our address
2)Disposing of the package locally

In such cases, we will invoice you for the actual expenses incurred for either the return or disposal, so please be aware of this in advance.

 

⚠️If you choose to ship by Air or Sea mail, your shipment will be disposed if it is stopped.

 

If the package is returned to our address, we will confirm your preference and proceed with one of the following options
1)Resending the package after payment of shipping fees
2)Domestic shipping
3)Returning to the original sender
4)Disposal by our company
