Q. Can I ship my package to a different address?

A. Yes, you can ship your package to a different address, but you must first complete an identity verification process.

 

  • Whether you already have a package with us or not, we can arrange the verification for you.

  • We will send a verification package to your verified address, which will include a Thank You card with an 8-digit code. Once you receive this package, please send the 8-digit code back to us via email or chat. After we confirm the code, you can proceed to ship your package to a different address.

  • Please note that additional shipping costs for the verification package will apply.

  • If you already have a package with us, you must request this verification before submitting the packing request for your package through My Page.
