If you are requested to provide additional information for your package by customs, please contact the shipping carrier or customs directly to handle the situation yourself.

Additionally, depending on the shipping method, packages are often held for a short period of time at the destination customs.
If you are unable to respond within this period, there is a risk of the package being returned or disposed of, so we kindly ask for your prompt attention to this matter.
